Job Requirements

- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible and rotating shifts

- 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including rotating weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an ala carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
