Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible and rotating shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including rotating weekends
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an ala carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
