Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 3-4 years of related work experience
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including rotating weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cooking and food service
- Team-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Willingness to follow established food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Adaptability to changing meal periods and environment
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for food preparation
- Operate grill stations and serve customers in an a la carte setting as needed
- Support management with daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste through efficient preparation practices
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business and client needs
