Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Punctual and reliable with scheduled shifts
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to food waste reduction and customer service

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations or operate a grill station
- Support management in overseeing key functions and employees during business operations
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and with reliability
- Perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
