Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Punctual and reliable with scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to food waste reduction and customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations or operate a grill station
  • Support management in overseeing key functions and employees during business operations
  • Attend scheduled shifts punctually and with reliability
  • Perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
