  • at least one year of experience in a culinary position
  • ability to obtain or current possession of food handler’s certification
  • able to stand for long periods
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • work efficiently in high volume, fast paced restaurant and banquet settings
  • follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
  • monitor food stock and report shortages
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
