- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
- ability to work morning shifts and weekends
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

- good physical stamina to handle kitchen demands

- able to work mornings with varying shifts and rotating weekends
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods
- read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station
- support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
