Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a related cooking or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Physical capability to stand and perform kitchen tasks for extended periods

  • Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
  • 3 to 4 years of related culinary work experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an à la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
