Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in culinary preparation or food service preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and nurturer of a healthy/safe working environment
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an à la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
