Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or cooking
  • Ability to work flexible, varying shifts including days and hours
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Commitment to a healthy and safe working environment
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Open availability preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Adaptability to varying shifts and scheduling
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic culinary skills and recipe adherence

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
