Job Requirements

  • Prior work experience in a culinary environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Monitor ingredient freshness and manage inventory appropriately
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during all hours of operation
