Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station when required
- support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- attend work and show up on time consistently
- perform other assigned duties based on business needs and client requirements
