Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of cooking experience preferred

  • 3-4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to read and follow recipes
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible shifts including afternoons and evenings

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing food
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station
  • support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
