- availability to work Monday through Friday with weekend shifts
- experience in sauté and broiler cooking
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- prepare and present all food items as called for on restaurant menus
- participate in area set-up and quality control of all food production items in a timely manner
- maintain all safety and sanitation standards
- execute sauté and broiler cooking techniques
- obtain and maintain a beverage card
- work Monday through Friday with weekend availability
- work day and evening shifts
