Job Duties
- perform a variety cooking processes including preparation of meats, vegetables, bakery, and salad items needed for meals to be served for patients, staff, visitors, day care and catered events
- assist other cooks in food production as required
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- follow preparation and cooking instructions accurately
- manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- ensure timely delivery and presentation of meals
- collaborate with team members to uphold quality and efficiency
