Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation or means to commute to work location
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and operational guidelines

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
