Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a cooking or similar food preparation role
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and hygiene policies
  • Reliable transportation to the assigned work location

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Operate a la carte and grill stations when required
  • Support management with daily oversight of kitchen functions and staff
  • Attend work timely and maintain satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a healthy and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on client and business needs
