Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fully conversational in English
- Two or more years of culinary experience in a fast-paced dining restaurant demonstrating moderate-level cooking skills such as quick serve, grilling, and frying
- Must successfully obtain SERVSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Experience on multiple kitchen stations preferred
- Excellent knife skills
- Able to lift 35 lbs or more
- Supporting other cooks and working in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions with flexibility

Job Duties
- Work on the line in one of OTG's multi-unit concepts
- Prepare food following recipe guidelines with correct portion sizing and plating for consistent presentation
- Ensure all food items for an order are ready simultaneously
- Control the quality of all food items prepared according to OTG specifications
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and work toward guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
