Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred
- basic knife skills
- ability to handle kitchen equipment
- ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
- possess or be willing to obtain Food Handler certificate
- must possess valid and current driver’s license, where applicable

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area
- assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- support kitchen attendants as needed
- use proper food handling and safety procedures
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- contribute to a team-oriented work environment
