Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekday morning shifts
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to follow food preparation protocols and safety standards

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety regulations
  • Customer service experience beneficial
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • May prepare food and serve customers at an à la carte station and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
