Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items accurately and efficiently for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during the course of business
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
