Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, varying days, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with a commitment to a healthy and safe work environment
  • Basic culinary skills including recipe reading and food preparation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
