Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, varying days, weekends, and holidays
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a commitment to a healthy and safe work environment
Basic culinary skills including recipe reading and food preparation
Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
