Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of related cooking experience preferred
- ability to work weekdays morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- reliable transportation to work location
- capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
