Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts flexibly, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Capacity to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Team-oriented with strong adaptability skills
  • Reliable and able to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, including some weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Operate grill station and prepare food for customers at an a la carte service
  • Support management with daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Reduce food waste by efficiently managing food preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
