Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 3 years of cooking or food preparation experience
  • ability to work mornings, varying days, and rotating weekends
  • availability to work part-time hours
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred

  • ability to read and follow recipes and directions accurately

  • willing to work rotating weekend and morning shifts

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal course of business
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
