Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
Physical ability to perform cooking duties
Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

Team oriented and adaptable
Reliable and promotes a healthy and safe working environment
3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and prepare food accurately
Good customer service skills
Ability to support management functions
Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate a grill station
Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
