Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
  • Physical ability to perform cooking duties
  • Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Team oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and promotes a healthy and safe working environment
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and prepare food accurately
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to support management functions
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
