Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and food preparation procedures accurately
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Dependability and punctuality
Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
