Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of cooking experience preferred
Ability to work flexible and varying shifts
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe work environment
3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately
Good customer service skills
Willingness to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
