Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible and varying shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe work environment
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willingness to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
