Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Physical capability to handle cooking duties
- Willingness to support team and management needs

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
