Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Physical capability to handle cooking duties
  • Willingness to support team and management needs

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
