Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to four years of related work experience preferred
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- capable of following food safety and hygiene standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks safely
- excellent teamwork and adaptability skills

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal course of business
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
