Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to four years of related work experience preferred
  • ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • reliable and punctual with strong attendance
  • capable of following food safety and hygiene standards
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks safely
  • excellent teamwork and adaptability skills

Job Qualifications

  • Three to four years of related work experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • capable of working flexible shifts
  • commitment to maintaining a clean and safe food preparation environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal course of business
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
