Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work mornings, some weekends, and holidays
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
  • Willingness to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Capability to operate cooking stations such as grills or a la carte service

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste by applying sustainable kitchen practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
