Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- must have food service or Culinary Arts degree
- 3 years' related culinary work
- demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Duties
- Prepares all menu items quickly, efficiently, and consistently
- prepares plates and baskets according to established proper presentation standards
- organizes, rotates, and stocks hot lines properly
- meets guests' needs through timely and proper handling of all equipment and chemicals
- ensures the employee dining area is properly supplied with freshly prepared food
- complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations
- works in a safe manner at all times
- assists in other kitchens of the Casino as necessary
- keeps the work area clean and organized and deep cleans the area at the end of shifts
- follows the proper closing procedure with cleaning and labeling
- attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- promotes positive public and employee relations
- presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- perform other duties as assigned
