Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
  • capability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • clear verbal communication skills
  • tolerance for working in varying temperatures
