Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or above
- registration or license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission required
- ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
- able to perform physical demands including lifting 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods
- able to work in varying schedules as needed
- able to interact professionally with guests and employees
- ability to comprehend and follow internal policies and external regulations
- able to work in noisy environments

Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- culinary arts or related field education or experience preferred
- minimum of 3 years cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of sanitation, culinary techniques, and safe food handling
- outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- conversational English required, second language a plus
- ability to write instructions and present information
- ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- ability to maintain reports upon request
Job Duties
