Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in kitchen operations
  • Ability to obtain WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
  • Some culinary outlets require intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability in winter season
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and develop as a culinary professional

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in kitchen operations
  • Basic knife skills
  • Basic ability to follow recipes
  • Basic understanding of food sanitation, FIFO and food storage
  • Willingness to learn and receive training from chef
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in different venues and locations
  • Willingness to develop as a culinary professional

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and chef guidance on assigned stations
  • Maintain station cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • Prepare and serve food products according to standard operating procedures and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth BOH operations
  • Contribute to a positive public image of the outlet and Crystal Mountain Resort
  • Participate in continuous learning and culinary skill development
  • Adhere to food safety, FIFO, and food storage guidelines
