Job Duties
- assist the Chef in food preparation and fabrication
- maintain adequate production level for kitchen staff
- develop knowledge and skills in cooking methods including grill, sauté, and fry
- create and manage workstations with needed ingredients and equipment
- ensure all food and items are stored properly
- keep kitchen environment sanitized and orderly
- support cross utilization to minimize food waste
