Job Requirements
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- one year of progressively responsible quantity cooking experience
- willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- successful completion of drug screening and background check
- compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)
- ability to perform cooking duties as assigned

Job Duties
- assist in cooking designated entrees and other principal meal items
- prepare vegetables and fruits for cooking or salads
- assist in cooking vegetables in bulk by seasoning and stirring
- prepare salads, sandwiches and other cold food items
- make coffee and toast
- boil eggs
- cook cereal, rice, macaroni, spaghetti and other simple foods
