Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Must have food service or Culinary Arts degree
- Three years' related culinary work experience
- Gaming license required
- Food Safety or ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Prepares all menu items quickly, efficiently, and consistently
- Prepares plates and baskets according to established proper presentation standards
- Organizes, rotates, and stocks hot lines properly
- Meets guests' needs through timely and proper handling of all equipment and chemicals
- Ensures the employee dining area is properly supplied with freshly prepared food
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations
- Works in a safe manner at all times
- Assists in other kitchens of the Casino as necessary
