Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in baking or culinary
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare breads and pastries including doughs and fillings
  • Bake, taste, and decorate baked goods according to daily production schedule
  • Maintain kitchen records for food safety compliance
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and appliance temperatures
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and properly
  • Follow food handling and hygiene policies
  • Assist management with training, scheduling, employee motivation and discipline
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly with team and guests
  • Support team goals and positive workplace relationships
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and moving objects up to 25 pounds
  • Execute other reasonable work duties as assigned
