Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of relevant work experience in baking or culinary
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries including doughs and fillings
- Bake, taste, and decorate baked goods according to daily production schedule
- Maintain kitchen records for food safety compliance
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and appliance temperatures
- Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and properly
- Follow food handling and hygiene policies
- Assist management with training, scheduling, employee motivation and discipline
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly with team and guests
- Support team goals and positive workplace relationships
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Execute other reasonable work duties as assigned
