- at least 2 years of related work experience
- ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 pounds and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries
- prepare doughs and fillings
- bake and decorate as required
- examine daily production sheets to understand baked goods needed
- prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and checklists
- maintain kitchen records to comply with food safety programs
- keep kitchen manager informed about excess food products for daily specials
