Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of related work experience
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • good communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 pounds and standing for long periods
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • ability to work full time
  • not a remote position

Job Qualifications

  • Education from a technical, trade, or vocational school
  • at least 2 years of related work experience
  • ability to use kitchen tools and appliances safely
  • clear and professional communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare breads and pastries
  • prepare doughs and fillings
  • bake and decorate as required
  • examine daily production sheets to understand baked goods needed
  • prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and checklists
  • maintain kitchen records to comply with food safety programs
  • keep kitchen manager informed about excess food products for daily specials
