Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and established standards
- Direct and coordinate culinary activities in the kitchen and cafeteria
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed strictly
- Collaborate with food service team members to meet dietary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Monitor food inventory and assist in stock management
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
