Job Duties
- Execute prep and service to exact recipes and standards
- maintain immaculate mise and station organization
- fabricate seafood and produce with careful yield control
- cook rice and season components with consistency
- plate and pass courses to the chef's timing for a 24-seat omakase
- uphold food safety/SOPs including temperature logs, labeling/day dots, sanitation
- assist with daily close
