Job Duties
- Execute prep and service to exact recipes and standards
- Maintain immaculate mise and station organization
- Fabricate seafood and produce with careful yield control
- Cook rice and season components with consistency
- Plate and pass courses to the chef's timing for a 24-seat omakase
- Uphold food safety and standard operating procedures including temperature logs, labeling, sanitation
- Assist with daily closing duties
