  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production charts
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced work environment
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Less than 1 year food service experience preferred
  • Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Demonstrated skills in multiple kitchen areas and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients
  • Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
  • Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly to perform other duties as assigned
