Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Less than 1 year food service experience preferred
- Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Demonstrated skills in multiple kitchen areas and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients
- Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
- Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly to perform other duties as assigned
