Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- prepare food using recipes and departmental guidelines
- maintain sanitation standards and complete cleaning assignments
- set up and monitor food stations ensuring product quality
- follow safety and sanitation regulations
- complete required training including compliance and job-specific skills
- support team efforts and performance improvement initiatives
- minimize waste and manage supplies
- plan daily tasks for timely meal preparation
- document leftovers and follow HACCP guidelines
