Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including events
  • Food handler’s certification preferred
  • Ability to work in variable temperature environments
  • Basic math skills

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team environment
  • Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
  • Prior cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production
  • Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Work in coordination with team members to manage multiple orders efficiently
  • Maintain adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
