Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- Willingness to work flexible hours including events
- Food handler’s certification preferred
- Ability to work in variable temperature environments
- Basic math skills

- Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team environment
- Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
- Prior cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production
- Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and operate kitchen equipment
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
- Work in coordination with team members to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Maintain adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
