Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Less than 1 year food service experience preferred
- Less than 1 year cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- ServSafe certification is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for Hospital at Home patients
- Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
- Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Cooling, packing, and labelling food for Hospital at Home meal delivery service
