Job Requirements
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and values of TableOne Hospitality
- Maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company standards
- Understand all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
- Stand and exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours
- Ability to maneuver in limited space
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests and staff
- Ability to perform physical demands including grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, talking, hearing and visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience in an upscale restaurant
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and staff
- Proficient in various cooking styles including whole roast, quick sear, sous vide, and slicer
- Skilled in sophisticated protein cooking
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with quality ingredients
Job Duties
- Prepare all mise-en-place for assigned station
- Prepare vegetable accompaniments for protein dishes
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and proper temperature for protein dishes
- Operate as an effective team member during service
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Communicate clearly with management and staff
- Follow all restaurant policies and standards of excellence
