Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical capability to perform kitchen tasks safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or grill cook preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain standards in food preparation and presentation including tasting and sanitation
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control
  • Support other line employees with daily responsibilities
  • Prepare production according to established standards
  • Ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage of ingredients
  • Maintain quality inventory control
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
