Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical capability to perform kitchen tasks safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or grill cook preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain standards in food preparation and presentation including tasting and sanitation
- Assist the Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control
- Support other line employees with daily responsibilities
- Prepare production according to established standards
- Ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage of ingredients
- Maintain quality inventory control
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
