Job Requirements

  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of culinary experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience in an upscale restaurant preferred
  • Graduate of apprenticeship program or culinary school preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items by following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Receive, store, and label food deliveries properly
  • Set up stations by completing mise en place and pars
  • Assist with inventory and ordering
  • Execute duties according to DMC, ServSafe, and health department standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
