Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Three to five years of culinary experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience in an upscale restaurant preferred
- Graduate of apprenticeship program or culinary school preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items by following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Receive, store, and label food deliveries properly
- Set up stations by completing mise en place and pars
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Execute duties according to DMC, ServSafe, and health department standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
