Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years culinary experience in full-service restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of culinary experience in a full-service restaurant
  • experience in upscale restaurant settings preferred
  • graduate of an apprenticeship program or culinary school preferred
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
  • Receive and properly store food deliveries to prevent spoilage
  • Set up workstations by completing mise en place and maintaining pars
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering processes
  • Adhere to all standards set by Desert Mountain Club, ServSafe, and health department regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
