Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of the food products served
  • Consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards, as well as kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in the final preparation of dishes ensuring everything is plated beautifully and garnished appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to meet service goals
